Based on http://jira.jakilinux.org:8080/browse/FLM-298 and http://jira.jakilinux.org:8080/browse/FLM-725 (old jira)

- personal messages (already there)
- invitations (already there)
- our comrades finding new comrades
- recent activities for comrades (blocker: FLM-274)

Work needed in files:
- config/urls.py (new url names)
- notification/urls.py (new url names)
- templates/notification/notices.html (default notification screen with recent notifications, with pagination implemented)
- perhaps modifications to the notification module
