Fetcher downloads TV shows

The IMDB fetcher downloads TV shows. Recently movies tagged as "TV show" on IMDB have been downloaded (using the http://filmaster.pl/dodaj-film/ form)

Examples include:
- Ugly Betty
- Beverly Hills 90210

All have been removed. This is the fetcher that should not allow such movies to be downloaded / adde dto our db in the first place.

Users with editor privileges now accepts films before fetcher downloads them - this should solve problem with tv shows.
